Action Alert: Help Delegate Debra Bartoshevich

Dear Clinton Dem,
As you may be aware, there are a few brave Clinton delegates out there that refuse to rally around the party due — primarily to Obama’s inexperience and partially due to the obnoxious way he and his people have treated Hillary and her supporters.
There has been a concerted effort to flip every Clinton delegate, pledged or otherwise, to Obama to remove the possibility of Obama being upstaged at the convention.
You see, no one is the nominee at the convention until one of the candidates receives the magic number of delegates. That is why Obama is strong-arming anyone that continues to stick with Hillary.
Debra Bartoshevich is a Wisconson delegate for Hillary that declared she would vote for Hillary at the convention, but McCain in November because Obama lacks the qualifications to become President.
You may know that the Democratic Party of Wisconson is now trying to strip her delegate status. Please help Debra by writing to the Democratic Party Chair and letting them know how you feel about punishing someone that supports Hillary Clinton:

The Wisconsin DNC is telling Debra she will lose her delegate status. She wants to fight to keep it so she can vote for Hillary at the convention, so please e-mail the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. She stands with Hillary, let’s stand with her!

Wisconsin delegation emulating Mugabe of Zimbabwe?
Dear Mr Wineke,
There are many of us who say we believe in EVERY person having a right to vote for the person of their choosing in any election, without fear of retribution if that vote just happens to not agree with the way we might personally feel. I’m sending a quick line to ask you and your powers-that-be in the Wisconsin delegation to not succumb to the same brand of politics that has gripped the Republicans in the past 8 years. Please leave Debra Bartoshevich alone and let her have her say at the Democratic Convention. The only reason anyone would suppress her feelings is if you have a FEAR that what she says might resonate with a good number of Democrats. If that is the case, it appears we need to spend our time addressing why there are those who feel this way than to censor a delegate for the way she might feel. After all, isn’t that part of the reason we even have conventions? Or do you fall victim to the thinking that conventions are no more than a political push pep rally over one that is suppose to address our party’s business?
This is America. Please allow her to remain a delegate and cast her vote as she sees fit. Any other action on your part simply resembles what has happened in Zimbabwe, and I feel sure you don’t want the Wisconsin delegation to be one which applauds anything akin to that! Thank you for taking the time to read my perspective on this.

I urge the Wisconsin Democratic Party to keep Debra as a Delegate for Hillary Clinton. Senator Obama’s tactics are anti-democratic, his “presumed” nomination has been achieved thru less than democratic means. In fact he is not the actual nominee until the vote at the convention is taken. Senator Clinton deserves to be represented by the delegates she has amassed, until the convention, when those delegates should be allowed to cast their votes. This is what the convention is designed to do…hear the choices and allow all of the delegates who have been sent by their constituency to choose the nominee by majority vote. Please don’t allow this undemocratic charade by the DNC and the Obama Campaign continue to poison America’s Presidential election and further divide the Party and the country.
