   Case #08-CV-4083

   This is the information I have received as of 5:28 PM EST:
   Papers have been filed, not yet scanned into the Pacer system.

   The complaint is asking for declaratory (asking the court to declare Obama is not a US citizen, a “natural born” citizen and not eligible under the qualifications of the US Constitution to run for Office of President).

   Also asking for injunctive relief and an emergency TRO. Further asking for EXPEDITED Discovery.

   We are asking that Obama provide a “ceritified copy” of the oath he took to regain his citizenship.
   We are asking for court orders, ordering the state department, HI department of records and other governmental agencies to turn over any and everything on Obama, all certified.

   Plaintiff: PHILIP J. BERG

    UPDATE–COMPLAINT TO BE AVAILABLE ON PACER AT 10 AM ET TOMORROW, BERG ARGUES MOTION FOR RESTRAINING ORDER, ALSO IN THE MORNING

    I don’t know what a pacer is, but it looks like we won’t have long to wait to see whether the PA court upholds his complaint.

    I wonder who she’s going to pick as her running mate?

    This ties in with the lawsuit filed by Attorney Philip J. Berg of Philadelphia.

    I’m listening to an interview with Berg and he seems to be a very loyal Democrat (he has served in the party and ran for office himself) who truly believes in what he is doing.

    Sure, he supported Hillary, but he mostly doesn’t want to see the party suffer from the fallout that will ensue for the Democrats when/if what he is saying is true and the Republicans, who sent an investigative team to Kenya, come out with even more evidence to prove that Obama is not a US citizen. He thinks it may be possible that Obama will be forced to drop out of the race in late Sept. or early Oct. sending the party into a tailspin and causing them to lose seats in down-ticket races as well.

    He said the expert who gave him the documentation is receiving death threats and actually found a dead rabbit in his car. He says if you allow Obama to be president you might as well allow Schwarzenager to run — but at least he admits he wasn’t born in this country.

    I do think something will come of the lawsuit, but it will take some work. First every media outlet has to be badgered with the above information. Eventually it will get out.

    Second - If Berg hits the right judge, and he should know whose who, the thing is not dead.

    Third - If the first judge doesnt give satisfaction, there’s a court of appeals.

    It would help if we helped. It’s easy to bellyache and complain on a blog - a little harder work to get out there and really do something .

    No one would have believed the PUMAS had a chance in hell either.

    If bho is selected as the nominee (gads, I hate even writing that) and Biden is selected by the vote as VP - and then, we find out by this action that bho is not “qualified” to run as President - Does the vote go to Biden to run as the candidate or would it go to Hillary?
    The DNC, the leadership of the Democratic Party and sorry Biden (I can’t wrap my brain around why you would do this) have manipulated through their actions over the last few years with the primary goal of defeating Hillary.
    bho looks horrible - Hillary looks like she has had it with these folks and Biden - well, he is looking a bit too happy, don’t ya think?!?

    then it’s discovered that Obama has insider connections to factcheck.org and that is why they posted a false brith certificate (twice) purporting to be an accurate Obama birth certificate.

    You’ll recall that Factcheck was the second site to publish the now-suspect Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) reportedly received from the Obama campaign.

    the restraining order has been turned down by the Judg (of course, too short a time to do that) but the rest of the lawsuit is going through.

    There’s not much time. All the investigation and depositions (and they do cost money for court reporters and transcripts) would have to be done before the election in November I think. If it goes on to January it could be too late.

    I hope that the people in the DNC who knew about his not being eligible , if he’’s not, are eligible for criminal action. And I know one who I personally handed the information to.

    If it was not true and his birth certificate was real, why hasn’t Obama himself addressed the matter himself.
    Too smart to get caught in perjury?
