Obama and DNC sued in Federal Court

A lawsuit was filed today by a Phillip J. Berg (former chair of the PA democratic party) in Philadelphia courthouse against Barack Obama and the DNC for Obama’s ineligibility to run for President of the United States based on his not being a “natural born” citizen:
The complaint is asking for declaratory (asking the court to declare Obama is not a US citizen, a “natural born” citizen and not eligible under the qualifications of the US Constitution to run for Office of President).
They have asked for a temporary restraining order (TRO) prohibiting Obama from running for President until documents are provided proving he is eligible to run for POTUS.
The lawsuit contends that Obama has held multiple (Kenya and Indonesia citizenships) and that he was actually born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama has claimed. The lawsuit has also been filed against the DNC.

this is important to the lawsuit also. This country is being bamboozled by the DNC and Obama at every corner ! Seems like they have every avenue covered, but they dont count on Americans being smart at all.
I’m listening to an interview with Berg and he seems to be a very loyal Democrat (he has served in the party and ran for office himself) who truly believes in what he is doing. Sure, he supported Hillary, but he mostly doesn’t want to see the party suffer from the fallout that will ensue for the Democrats when/if what he is saying is true and the Republicans, who sent an investigative team to Kenya, come out with even more evidence to prove that Obama is not a US citizen. He thinks it may be possible that Obama will be forced to drop out of the race in late Sept. or early Oct. sending the party into a tailspin and causing them to lose seats in down-ticket races as well.
He said the expert who gave him the documentation is receiving death threats and actually found a dead rabbit in his car. He says if you allow Obama to be president you might as well allow Schwarzenager to run — but at least he admits he wasn’t born in this country.
I do think something will come of the lawsuit, but it will take some work. First every media outlet has to be badgered with the above information. Eventually it will get out.
Second - If Berg hits the right judge, and he should know whose who, the thing is not dead.
Third - If the first judge doesnt giev satisfaction, there’s a court of appeals.
It would help if we helped. It’s easy to bellyache and complain on a blog - a little harder work to get out there and really do something .
No one would have believed the PUMAS had a chance in hell either.
