    VEHICLES

If you are interested in applying to have vehicles in your parade please let me know as soon as possible. Due to the limited space available for the staging area, each parade request will be allowed to have only five vehicles. No semi-trailers will be allowed. All vehicles will need to exit prior to the parade terminus route (see directions below) and, therefore, any vehicle that you use on the parade route must be licensed and capable of maneuvering downtown streets since there is no disband area at the end of the route. In addition, vehicles must be Street Legal in accordance with State Statutes and the Denver Revised Municipal Code.

    Process after receiving vehicle requests:

The individual listed on the request form for which a vehicle(s) is (are) requested, with a limit of five (5) vehicles, will receive a placard in the staging area to place in the window(s) of the vehicle(s).

    Exiting the area:

The terminus for vehicles for the Monday through Wednesday parades is to exit at Speer Boulevard by turning right (east) on to Lawrence Street.

The terminus for vehicles for the Thursday parades is to continue north on Federal Boulevard past 19th Avenue, which is designated for pedestrians only.
